Data Processing Agreements

Business and enterprise customers may enter into a Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) with ProWorks Inc.

• subprocessors;

• data deletion;
• audit provisions;
• breach notification;
• individual-rights requests; and
• legal compliance.

Where an applicable DPA conflicts with this Privacy Policy regarding customer-controlled personal information, the contractual terms will govern to the extent permitted by applicable law.
